This is the only florist that I would ever use. Not only are Charles and his staff very professional, they are so friendly and cordial. I have always been very pleased with the arrangements and or plants that I have purchased from this establishment. He definitely deserves a five star rating.

I love letting Charles use his own artistic judgement. Never looks like what I imagine I want, but always looks amazing, whether it's a bouquet for my dad, an arrangement for a new baby, or just a single flower my 6 yo wanted. Probably not the place to go for cheap flowers, but his boquets and arrangements have always seemed generous for the price, to me.

Thanks to Charles and team, my 12 year old goddaughter received her flowers exactly when I requested, eventhough there were a lot of orders before mine, he said he wold try and he delivered a bright and beautiful arrangement that was loved by all. We are in MI and wasn't sure about our florist selection; we are very Happy with and highly recommend Designs by Charles!

I have used Mr. Charles on many occasions... funerals, proms, and parties. Not only do his arrangements always look beautiful and tastefully done, they are also reasonably priced. Mr. Charles goes above and beyond to take care of your needs while doing a fabulous job. I always use Designs by Charles whenever I have a choice.

I live in Atlanta, and have been using Charles to send flowers to my mother for many years...he NEVER disappoints. I just tell him how much I can spend, and he'll create a beautiful arrangement for my sweet mom, whom he affectionately calls 'the flag lady' (because she always has the prettiest flags in her yard). 😀 When it comes to flowers 💐, I don't think of anyone else but Charles. Thank you, Charles! 5 stars for price, design, and awesome service.

Charles created the most beautiful pink rose blanket for my precious Mom. He worked diligently to find enough pink roses in time for her funeral. He was so kind and professional. I would highly recommend him and wish I had someone of his caliber in the area that I live. Thank you so much, Charles.
